Terms of service

Version 2026-10-10.1 · Draft for review

Who provides DCS

Company identity pending; Romanian trade register: pending; CUI/VAT identifier: pending; registered address: pending. Contact: not yet configured; telephone: pending.

Your account and contract

DCS provides virtual machines, Linux containers, private networking and K3s clusters. You must be at least 18 or have legal capacity to contract, provide accurate information and protect your credentials. An authorised representative must place business orders. An organisation account does not by itself make you a business customer. Your order, these terms, the service description, acceptable use policy, switching terms and any applicable DPA form the agreement. Consumer provisions take precedence over conflicting business provisions.

Ordering and payment

The order identifies the resource, configuration, currency and recurring price. Confirm the final total, including applicable taxes, before payment. Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled; stopping a workload does not cancel its subscription. Cancel renewal in Billing. Contract confirmation is supplied on a durable medium. No paid service is offered while commercial launch remains disabled. Free beta grants require no card and do not convert automatically to paid plans.

Service and customer responsibilities

Use only workloads suitable for the service description. You control your applications, guest systems, credentials, content and independent copies of your data. DCS controls the platform and the management expressly included in your order. Report faults promptly. You retain ownership of your content and authorise only the processing needed to provide the service.

Suspension and termination

DCS may restrict services for unlawful use, material contractual breach or an immediate security threat. Measures must be proportionate; notice and reasons are provided where legally permitted. Where practicable you have an opportunity to remedy the breach. Nonpayment may block new provisioning; any suspension and retention periods must be disclosed before paid launch. Cancellation does not itself erase workloads. Use the switching or deletion process for data exit.

Consumers and liability

Mandatory consumer rights, conformity remedies, withdrawal rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. No blanket exclusion of liability or automatic loss of withdrawal rights applies. Consumers retain mandatory protections and competent courts available under applicable law, including those of their habitual residence where required.

Business customers

Business customers are responsible for their authority to upload and process hosted data and for instructions under the DPA. Any individually negotiated service level or liability allocation must be recorded in a separate signed schedule; none is implied by the beta. Romanian law applies subject to mandatory applicable law.

Changes and complaints

Material changes are communicated in advance and do not silently replace an already recorded order. Where applicable you may terminate rather than accept a detrimental change. Contact not yet configured or submit a complaint through Legal & privacy. Romanian consumer complaint and alternative dispute resolution details require completion before publication.
