Privacy notice
Version 2026-10-10.1 · Draft for reviewCompany details, operational schedules and legal review must be completed before this document is published for acceptance.
Controller and processor roles
Company identity pending; Romanian trade register: pending; CUI/VAT identifier: pending; registered address: pending. Contact: not yet configured; telephone: pending. DCS acts as controller for account administration, support, billing and platform security. For personal data hosted on customer instructions, DCS normally acts as processor or subprocessor under the DPA. Contact: privacy contact pending.
Data and purposes
We process account and contact details to establish and perform the service contract; business representative details for our legitimate interest in administering business relationships; invoice and tax records for legal obligations; and limited access, device, IP, resource and security records for platform protection and investigating abuse. Requests and contract evidence support rights handling, legal obligations and legal claims. Optional marketing requires a separate lawful basis and is not a condition of service. We do not use hosted workload content for advertising.
Sources, recipients and transfers
Data comes from you, your organisation administrator, your use of the service, and any identity/payment provider you choose. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers with appropriate contractual protection, plus authorities where lawfully required. The supplier and subprocessor register awaits completion. Locations await verification. International transfer mapping and safeguards await verification; no EU-only processing claim is made.
Retention
Before publication, DCS must specify verified periods or criteria for accounts, security logs, request records, contract evidence, invoices, hosted data and residual copies. Deleting an account does not override mandatory invoice retention or justified legal holds.
Your rights
Where applicable you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Withdraw any consent as easily as you gave it. Use Legal & privacy or the privacy email; we may verify identity proportionately. We normally respond within one month; a permitted extension is explained within that period. The immediate account download covers the categories listed in that file; request additional records for a complete access response. You may complain to ANSPDCP at www.dataprotection.ro or another competent supervisory authority.
Choices
Required account and billing information is needed to provide the requested service. No optional analytics or advertising integration is enabled by this legal module. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated profiling under this module. Security enforcement may involve automated controls and human review is available through complaints.
