Acceptable use and reporting abuse

Version 2026-10-10.1 · Draft for review

Permitted use

Use DCS lawfully and within your allocated capacity. Do not distribute unlawful content, malware or unsolicited bulk messages; conduct unauthorised scanning, credential theft or denial-of-service attacks; evade isolation or access controls; or interfere with other customers. Security testing requires authorisation from the affected system owner.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone may submit a report through /legal/requests without an account, or contact the abuse contact once configured. Identify the exact URL, IP/resource or other location, explain why the content is illegal, and supply supporting facts. Include your name and email unless an applicable reporting exception applies, and confirm your good-faith belief that the information is accurate. Do not send passwords or illegal attachments. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services.

Review and decisions

Reports are assessed diligently, objectively and proportionately. A sufficiently precise report may lead to investigation, access restrictions or removal. Where contact details are provided we acknowledge receipt and communicate the decision and available redress. Affected customers receive specific reasons where legally permitted. Request reconsideration through the complaint form. We cooperate with lawful authority orders and report suspected offences threatening life or safety where required; we do not promise general monitoring of customer content.

Points of contact

Authorities and service users can contact the pending abuse contact in Romanian or English. The support and complaint channel is not yet configured.
